Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Mexico is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12-15 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, engineering, embedded systems, and ERP roles.

This temporary six-month assignment requires regular office presence and collaboration with hiring managers, delivering sourcing strategies, candidate evaluations, and hiring recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 - 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or technical recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting IT, embedded systems, engineering, and ERP profiles.
• Advanced conversational English, with the ability to conduct meetings and interviews with international stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Availability to work under a temporary contract.
• Availability to attend the office regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
• Recruit specialized profiles in Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Support, Embedded Systems, Hardware, Validation, Mechanical Design, Automotive, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Partner with local and international Hiring Managers to understand technical and business requirements.
• Provide candidate summaries, market insights, salary information, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare status reports.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12 - 15 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized IT, engineering, embedded systems, and ERP positions.

This is a temporary position (6 Months) that requires regular attendance at the office. The role will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, providing recruitment strategies, market insights, candidate evaluations, and support throughout the complete hiring process.
