Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Mexico seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12-15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across IT, engineering, embedded systems, and ERP roles. The position is temporary for 6 months and requires regular office attendance, collaboration with hiring managers, and delivering strategic sourcing and candidate evaluations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration or related field.
• 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition or technical recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting IT, embedded systems, engineering, and ERP profiles.
• Advanced conversational English for international meetings and interviews.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to work under a temporary contract.
• Availability to work at office regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
• Recruit specialized profiles in Software Dev, DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Support, Embedded Systems, Hardware, Validation, Automotive, SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates on experience, communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Partner with local and international Hiring Managers to understand technical and business needs.
• Provide candidate summaries, salary information, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare status reports.
