Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Recruiter to manage recruitment activities for their Private Destinations Mexico team and support shipboard hiring across brands. This role will lead recruiters, develop partnerships with HR operations, HRBP, and brand leadership to align hiring needs and ensure smooth operations.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 2 years related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze recruitment forecast to plan recruiter capacity and hiring velocity.
  • Oversee sourcing and recruitment efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline for shipboard recruiting needs.

Royal Caribbean Group’s Talent Acquisition team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Recruiter reporting to the Dir, Shipboard Recruiting.

This role will work onsite in Quintana Roo.

Position Summary

This role supports Private Destinations Mexico recruitment operations and talent acquisition team. The Lead will manage the recruitment activities of their respective functional areas and teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved. The Lead develops strong partnerships with HR Operations, HRBP, and the Brand to ensure alignment in hiring needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the recruitersand managingteamexpectationsin ordertoexceed goals andobjectives.
  • Analyzes the recruitment forecast to prepare and managerecruiter capacityandhiringvelocity.
  • Manages thedailysourcingand recruitmenteffortsto ensurea healthypipeline of talent is available for shipboard recruiting needs.
  • Explore and keep an eye on recruitment trends and effective practices in the market to capitalize on recruitment opportunities.
  • Overseeshiring events andmanages the recruitment event calendar;ensuresall travel andhiring eventactivities are budgeted and expensed correctly.
  • Assistswithexternal recruitingwithin the assigned business unitfor key leadership/managementlevel roles.Includingsourcingpassive candidates using sourcing tools, Boolean searches, networking,referralsand cold calling techniques
  • Leads presentations andcalls withhiring leaderstoshowcaserecruitment progress;conductshiring managertraining as needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
  • Monitors andmaintainsgap pool and external factors that mayimpacttalent supply and recruitment strategies for their respective teams
  • Leverages data to providefact-basedrecommendations to improveoverallrecruitmentperformance, operationalefficiency,and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with internal onboarding,schedulingand IT team to support day by day operational needsand seek process enhancement when possible.
  • Provides newrecruiterand refreshertraining torecruitment team
  • Perform any other job-relateduties assigned by their supervisor or management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or humanresources or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.

  • Minimum2yearsworkingexperience in international hospitality and/or travel industry

Knowledge and Skills
  • Exercises,judgementand mentors team members to troubleshoot & resolve issues as theyarise
  • Demonstrates consistent dedication to candidates, business leaders, hiring managers, recruiting team members and the broader team
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel,Wordand PowerPoint. Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred including JD Edwards
  • Knowledge ofgeneralconcept ofthe shipboardorganizationpreferred.
  • Knowledge of world geography,timedifferencesanddemographic
  • Strong Excel skillsrequired. Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevantfindings. High attention to details
  • Ability to define problems, collect data,establishfacts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables.
