Capgemini is seeking a Process Lead for Supply Planning to drive end-to-end planning for FMCG clients. The role involves leading several planning teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring plan quality through advanced analytics and scenario planning.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP APO/ECC and BI tools, and excellent stakeholder management across geographies are essential. Bachelor’s in engineering and an MBA are preferred qualifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and related MBA is preferred.
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering is preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or memberships are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration; FMCG sector preferred.
• Lead multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
• Handle customer communications and act as single point of contact for issue resolutions.
• Hands-on planning with APO and ECC ERP tools.
• Masters planning methodologies like heuristics and optimization.
• Deep understanding of planning data and its impact on plan quality.
• Collaborate across geographies with multi-cultural teams.
