You will interact with production, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time scheduling and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Excel proficiency, including macros.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day schedule for BU Water Cool/Air Cool.
• Maintain SAP/ATOM sequences on a daily basis.
• Communicate shortages to production and coordinate purchasing-IML to avoid disruption.
• Identify process gaps and support root-cause analysis and improvement implementations.
• Guide supply chain teams for order and procurement execution.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather vendor, market, and price information for senior management input.
