Safran Cabin in Mexico seeks a Supplier Quality/APQP specialist to assess supplier readiness for new products, transfers, and ramp-up per AS9145 and Safran standards. You will evaluate APQP plans, PPAP, process capability, and risk mitigation, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and suppliers to ensure readiness for serial production.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 6 years in supplier quality or industrialization within regulated industries; English fluency

Formación

• Experience in APQP/PPAP within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of AS9145, AS9100, AS9102.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assess supplier APQP activities and readiness for new products, transfers, process changes, and ramp-up.
• Evaluate APQP plans, milestones, and maturity gates with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review PPAP execution and verify completion of required deliverables.
• Assess process documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection plans.
• Ensure CTQ requirements are implemented and controlled.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers to identify manufacturability risks.
• Lead on-site supplier APQP and production readiness reviews.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
