110 Cisco Systems de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Structural Test Engineer to lead the ICT and Flying Probe test strategy across Cisco’s global manufacturing footprint.

The role focuses on architectural integrity, test coverage optimization, cycle-time improvements, and scalable processes. The successful candidate will mentor internal test engineers, influence pre-layout design decisions, and coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure automated, high-quality manufacturing tests

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Define the structural test roadmap for ICT and Flying Probe across global sites.
• Lead design reviews, setting DfT standards and coverage requirements.
• Oversee ICT/Flying Probe programs, fixture qualification, and release.
• Perform senior-level code reviews and manage ECOs/deviations for test software.
• Drive OBP and JTAG integration to improve efficiency and test depth.
• Mentor test engineers and liaise with vendors.
