Cisco is seeking a Senior Structural Test Engineer to define the architectural strategy for ICT and Flying Probe testing across its global manufacturing footprint. You will own test coverage, cycle-time improvements, and cross-site integration while mentoring engineers and coordinating with contract manufacturers.

Your role emphasizes DfT, test automation with Python, and robust change control to enable scalable, high-quality hardware production.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years in structural test development, debug and release on ICT platforms like Keysight i3070.
5+ years with Flying Probe systems (SPEA FP4080 or equivalent).
Experience leading end-to-end test requirements and factory-floor correlation.
Proven ability to guide multi-functional teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

Strategic governance as technical lead for manufacturing test across global sites.
Represent structural test in design reviews, set DfT standards and coverage.
Lead ICT and Flying Probe programs; oversee fixtures and assets qualification.
Perform senior-level code reviews and manage ECOs/deviations for test code.
Integrate OBP and boundary-scan flows to improve efficiency and depth.
Mentor site test engineers and liaison with fixture vendors and partners.
Drive automated workflows, version control standards, and SPC adoption.
