Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Test Engineer to define a global test roadmap for ICT and Flying Probe programs across the manufacturing footprint. You will influence pre-layout decisions, mentor engineers, and drive large-scale project implementations to sustain product integrity.

You will partner with Cisco ICT Central and contract manufacturers to ensure scalable, automated, and high-quality testing processes that align with corporate goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years in structural test development, debug, release on ICT platforms like Keysight i3070/Series 6 or TRI.
• 5+ years with Flying Probe systems (e.g., SPEA FP4080).
• Experience leading end-to-end manufacturing test requirements and factory floor correlation.
• Proven track record guiding multi-functional teams or external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical lead for manufacturing test processes across global sites.
• Represent structural test in high-level design reviews and set DfT standards.
• Direct the development and deployment of ICT and Flying Probe programs; ensure fixtures are qualified and released.
• Perform senior-level code reviews and lead ECOs for test programs and recipes.
• Lead OBP and boundary-scan integrations to improve efficiency and test depth.
• Mentor site test engineers; liaise with vendors for fixtures and hardware.
• Promote automated workflows, version control, and SPC across the footprint.
