Egis is seeking a senior engineer to lead IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems initiatives for major infrastructure projects. You will guide design, validation, and implementation, coordinating CCTV, access control, cabling, and building automation with engineering teams.

You will manage stakeholders, ensure technical excellence, and drive project milestones while contributing to efficient, secure, and connected facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, GPON, cabling, automation, and security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, validation, and implementation of IT infra and BMS.
• Coordinate projects involving CCTV, access control, cabling, fire alarms, and building automation.
• Manage integration of smart building technologies for efficiency and connectivity.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, and change management.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet milestones.

Job Description

• Lead the design, validation, and implementation of IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Coordinate projects involving CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and building automation technologies.
• Manage the integration of smart building technologies to ensure operational efficiency and system connectivity.
• Monitor project progress, technical deliverables, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems, Smart Buildings, or Special Systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, GPON, structured cabling, automation, and security systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
