London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Mexico City seeks a Senior Associate to contribute to client-facing technology consulting and software development initiatives. You will translate business requirements into solid technical designs and help deliver complex solutions across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience with CI/CD and cloud technologies, and collaboration with global stakeholders to modernize client workflows and platforms.

Formación

• Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting services and/or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in software development.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, build patterns, development methodologies, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with source control, code review, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, release management, and production support.
• Ability to translate business and client requirements into robust technical designs and implementation specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle sophisticated technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts efficiently to both technical and non-technical interested parties.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in solution designs and implementation.
• Follows guidelines, coding standards, design principles, and engineering guidelines.
• Implements improvements from code reviews and design reviews for quality, security, and performance.
• Manages development from requirements analysis through testing and deployment.
• Builds reusable components, frameworks, patterns, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
• Contributes to knowledge transfer to the Development team.
• Embraces AI-assisted development and automation to improve efficiency and documentation.
