Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Monterrey office. You will lead a backend-focused team, architect scalable services, and drive delivery of cloud-native data solutions with a focus on reliability and security.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and collaboration with product and data leadership. You’ll work in a fast-paced, global financial information environment, contributing to enterprise-grade systems and next‑gen data platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with 3–5 years leading teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms, APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Java, Python with architecture guidance.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Relational DBs and SQL tuning experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
