Fitch Group in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a high-performing team from our Monterrey office. You will design and deliver backend services, APIs, and data-driven platforms leveraging cloud-native architectures.

Effective leadership, collaboration with product and architecture teams, and a focus on reliability and security are required. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years leading teams of highly technical engineers.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Java (Spring Boot), and/or Python (FastAPI or similar).
• Experience designing, building, and supporting RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Cloud-native architectures with hands-on AWS experience.

• Ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing, reviews, observability, and governance.
• Lead resolution of complex technical and operational challenges to improve performance and reliability.
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation to accelerate delivery and productivity.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-enabled engineering capabilities to drive innovation.
