Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, delivering world-class real estate services, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for the JLL Technologies Centre of Expertise in Mexico. You will work on backend services with Python, Django, and FastAPI alongside a React frontend, contributing to a cloud-native AWS environment with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable software, feature ideation with product managers, and adherence to enterprise-grade standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in Python, Django, and ReactJS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• SaaS platforms with high uptime experience.
• Knowledge of Agile development environments.
• Engineering degree required.

About the role

We've been in commercial real estate a long time, and a few years ago we set out to disrupt the very space we operate in. Join us in evolving our new platform into a full-featured CRE management platform — one that displaces not just our legacy application, but our competitors' as well. You'll work on the backend with a modern stack: Python, Django, and FastAPI, alongside a React frontend. We favor strong automated testing at both the unit and integration levels, wired into an elegant CI/CD pipeline. Our work is cloud-native across a wide range of AWS services, managed through enterprise-ready, SOC 2-compliant processes.

What this job involves

• Work with developers and product managers to ideate new features.
• Write effective, scalable code on the client-side and server-side.
• Write unit and integration tests for client-side and server-side code.
• Test and debug programs.
• Improve functionality of existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Write technical documentation.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be

• 5+ years of work experience as a full-stack Developer in Python, Django and ReactJS..
• Experience in query and performance optimization in RDBMS preferably Postgres
• Exposure to NoSQL.
• Prior experience working on SaaS platforms with more than 3 9s of uptime
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Code deployment experience in different environments is a plus.
• Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
