Solera Corporation seeks an experienced Software Development Manager to oversee multiple software development squads in Mexico City. This leader will ensure high-quality applications and timely delivery while fostering an Agile environment that promotes teamwork.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in software development and a minimum of 3 years in a management role, particularly in .NET frameworks. A relocation package and further benefits are included.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in the Software Development life cycle.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or technical lead role.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple software development squads to achieve technical goals.
• Define team expectations and develop metrics for monitoring results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by the team.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with other managers regarding designs and solutions.
