Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead multiple engineering squads and drive delivery of scalable, secure software solutions. You will combine technical leadership with people management and strategic execution to align engineering with business goals.

You will partner with Architecture, Product, Design, and Agile teams to promote engineering excellence, remove roadblocks, and implement modern cloud-native practices across SaaS environments.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on software development across full SDLC.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams as Software Development Manager or similar.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple Software Development teams and mentor staff.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for engineering performance.
• Drive technical decision-making for scalable, secure solutions.
