Johnson &Johnson in Juarez is seeking a Sr Process Engineer to develop and manage complex Process Engineering projects within the supply chain, directing milestones and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation.

The role requires 4–6 years in a similar field, medical industry experience, and strong analytical skills including DOE and statistics, with advanced English and Spanish written ability for cross-functional communication.

Formación

• Engineering field and Master of Science or certification recommended.
• 4–6 years in a similar Process Engineering role.
• Experience in medical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and medical documentation preferred.
• Design of experiments and statistical methods required.
• Spanish written and English advanced communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex Process Engineering supply chain project plans, milestones and objectives.
• Oversee communication of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Configure performance reports and provide status updates to management.
• Administer process validations for integration and supply chain implementation.
• Lead Process Engineering Technician activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Escalate and monitor process engineering issues to the next management level.
• Coach junior colleagues in techniques and responsibilities.
• Apply Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives daily.

Purpose:

You will be responsible for:

• Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
• Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.
• Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to elevate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.
• Administers process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.
• Leads, under limited supervision, Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
• Completes escalation and monitoring of process engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Understands and applies Johnson &Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Engineering any specialty.
• Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.
• From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
• Experience in medical industry preferably.
• Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
• Design of experiments.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Management of statistical procedures.
• Knowledge of computational packages.
• Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish.

Senior Process Engineer:

• Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.
• Knowledge of production processes.

Advanced English
