Job summary

Brillio in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Senior Software Development Lead to drive PEGA-based enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and optimize PEGA applications, focusing on workflow automation, case management, and secure, scalable integrations across REST, SOAP, MQ, and API interfaces.

The role requires deep PEGA expertise, strong BPM and BPM principles, and a collaborative, Agile-ready mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of PEGA PRPC development and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, MQ, and API integrations.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience with MQ and Kafka for messaging.
• CSA or CSSA PEGA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise PEGA applications following best practices.
• Configure workflows, case management, and business rules within the PEGA platform.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and MQ.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain reliability.
