Job summary

Aspen Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) Engineering group in Mexico City.

You will design and deliver industrial software for planning, scheduling, optimization, production, and supply chain workflows, operating within a cross-functional Agile team. You will own features from design through validation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements, acceptance criteria, and incremental delivery

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong C#/.NET and API experience.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
Translate product requirements into technical designs.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, maintain, and support software across the MSC product suite.
Own the technical delivery of features from design through production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine features and acceptance criteria.
Work with SAFe events, architecture, and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, performance, and security.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
