The role demands proficiency in English communication and office software tools. This is a critical position that ensures production efficiency and safety standards are met, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in SMT and PCBA processes.
• Fluent in English communication and writing.
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, PPT, and Excel.
