The role includes managing technicians, leading capital projects for productivity improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of SMT experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for this position. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing and equipment areas.
• Experience/knowledge with process and equipment validation, PFEMA, process flow, APQP.
• Technical knowledge in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, and IATF-16949.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate, and implement SMT manufacturing systems.
• Lead Capital Investment projects to improve productivity and cost savings.
• Manage SMT technicians and engineers for production support.
