BOE Vision Electronic Technology Mexico, S.A. de C.V. seeks an SMT/PCBA Verification Specialist to join our team in Tijuana. You will work with domestic R&D to verify EVT, DVT and PVT of PCBA motherboards and track project closure.

You will coordinate data such as BOM, Gerber, CAD, fixtures, and test fixtures, acting as a technical bridge between our factory in China and Mexican colleagues. English is the working language, and Chinese culture familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in SMT and PCBA verification and assembly processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• English as working language in daily operations.
• Willingness to engage with cross-cultural teams and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with domestic R&D to verify EVT/DVT/PVT of PCBA motherboards.
• Track EVT/DVT/PVT progress and improve main board verification processes.
• Interface with engineering data (BOM, Gerber, CAD, fixtures, test fixtures).
• Serve as technical liaison between customer production facilities and manufacturers.
• Collect, feedback, and retrospectively improve SMT and DIP production issues.
