You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating IT infrastructure, facilities, and business workstreams to ensure a successful transition to a new operational site. The role requires 9+ years of program management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams onsite in Monterrey.

Formación

• 9+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience leading site migrations, site separations, facility relocations, or new site build initiatives.
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of site migration, relocation, and new site build activities.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure and application workstreams, including network, EUC, data center, and application deployments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance processes.
• Drive migration, cutover, operational readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Provide onsite leadership to ensure timely issue resolution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.
