Maersk is seeking a Senior Site Manager for warehousing operations in Cuautitlán. You will lead site performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost while developing and coaching Operations Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders.

The role demands strong KPI-driven leadership and hands-on management of large, complex operations in a 3PL setting. The position emphasizes start-up and scaling of operations, customer relationship building, and workforce planning in a fast-paced

• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading large teams through multiple layers.
• Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
