Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contract Specialist / Contract Manager III for Sponsor Dedicated/Remote roles across Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. You will independently manage CTAs, amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycle with minimal oversight.

The role emphasizes negotiation, stakeholder management, and adherence to ICH-GCP and clinical development processes; requires strong project management and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Direct site contract and budget negotiations experience in CRO/pharma.
• Experience with CTA drafting, amendments, budget development.
• Contract lifecycle management with oversight.
• Strong ICH-GCP knowledge and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal project trackers for transparency.
• Negotiate site contracting language using sponsor fallbacks.
• Lead budget negotiations within approval parameters.
• Attend progress meetings and provide negotiations updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and activation timelines.
• Establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions.
• Prepare and finalize startup documents and plans.
• Lead Kick-Off Meetings and schedule follow-ups.
