SimCorp is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant to join our SaaS Operations team. You will act as the primary client contact for production support, overseeing relationships and delivering timely solutions within SLAs.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, coach junior consultants, and optimize SimCorp Dimension usage for clients. The role requires a finance/economics/math/computer science degree and at least five years in asset management or related areas, with strong English communication and

Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
Experience in operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with English fluency.

Responsibilities

You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and oversee the relationship.
Establish and maintain a network at several levels at the client, including management, to promote a long-term partnership.
Analyse problems in the solutions and system operations of SimCorp services at clients’ production environments and provide timely solutions within SLAs.
Advise and service client users on configuration maintenance and enhancements for optimal usage of SimCorp services.
Co-operate closely with other professionals within SimCorp on a global level to ensure efficient client solutions.
Act as a coach or mentor and review work, guiding others in best practices within the field.
