SimCorp seeks a Business Consultant for its SaaS delivery team to support NAIC reporting and US insurance industry configurations. You will work with global colleagues to update SimCorp Dimension solutions, analyze upcoming NAIC requirements, and participate in client workshops to gather and refine requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple locations, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow in a leading investment management software company.

Formación

• Academic degree in Mathematics/IT/Physics or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge; familiarity with SQL and programming (e.g., Visual Basic).
• Collaboration and clear communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and structured, initiative-driven thinking.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
• High drive and ability to prioritize among multiple stakeholders in a global setting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Nice to have: experience with SimCorp Dimension or other investment management software.
• Programming languages and software development experience.
• Knowledge of financial instruments or asset management processes.
• Experience in a globally distributed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain configuration solutions based on SimCorp Dimension for the US insurance industry.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of SimCorp's NAIC solution with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze new NAIC requirements and assess impact on SimCorp Dimension.
• Lead client workshops; present configuration improvements and gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain solutions for North American clients.
• Create, run, and maintain test cases.
• Verify reconciliation results and document the NAIC solution.
• Provide on-the-job training to clients.
