Meaningful (M8L) is a remote-first growth studio specializing in SEO, AEO, and content for startups and tech companies across the U.S. and LATAM.

The SEO/AEO Manager will drive search visibility, optimize content, and participate in client strategy with a hands-on, client-facing role. Candidates should have 3–7 years in SEO, advanced English, and bilingual Spanish, with comfort in working across multiple accounts. The position is fully remote with a 1-month paid trial and full-time commitment.

Formación

• 3-7 years of experience in SEO or a closely related digital marketing role.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
• Spanish language skills (conversational to advanced) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console and at least one of Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Basic to intermediate on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, schema.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and search gaps.
• Analyze competitors to surface fresh SEO angles for clients.
• Support content cluster strategies, topic maps, and editorial calendars.
• Contribute to website audits and monitor SERP performance over time.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and on-page performance using analytics tools.
