AUMOVIO GUADALAJARA MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. is seeking a Senior Security Analyst for its Security Operations Center in Guadalajara. The role focuses on analyzing EDR/SIEM incidents, building playbooks, and handling incident response.

Ideal candidates will have an information technology degree, several years of threat intelligence experience, and strong knowledge of ATT&CK MITRE TTP, cyber kill chain, and forensic analysis. Proficiency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in information technology or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in information technology with focus in threat intelligence concepts (IOC/IOA) / security analysis / implementation of preventive cybersecurity measures.
• Knowledge of ATT&CK MITRE TTP, cyber kill chain and pyramid of pain.
• Experience with operating systems, event log analysis, and network traffic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze EDR/SIEM security incidents and cyber attacks.
• Create and review CDC playbooks and SIEM use cases with automation (SOAR).
• Handle incident response and threat intelligence implementation.
• Perform IT-forensic and malware analysis.

Join our growing international security team as an analyst in our Security Operations Center (SOC).

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Analyzing of EDR/SIEM/security incidents/cyber attacks
• Creation and review of CDC playbooks and SIEM use casesand their automation (SOAR)
• Handling of incident response
• Implementing threat intelligence
• Conducting IT-forensic and malware analysis
• Acting as interface to IT emergency management and other IT instances
• Management Reporting
• Working in projects

Requirements

• Academic degree in information technology, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in information technology with focus in threat intelligence concepts (IOC/IOA) / security analysis/ implementation of preventive cybersecurity measures
• Good knowledge in ATT&CK MITRE TTP
• Knowledge about and understanding the 'pyramid of pain' and 'cyber kill chain'
• Knowledge in operating systems and event log analysis as well as protocols and network traffic analysis
• Knowledge about cybersecurity concepts, architectures, solutions
• Very good handling of MS Office software
• Business fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
• Interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Good (self-)organizational skills as well as ability to work with different stakeholders
• Experienced in project management
