Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive enhancements across Order to Cash with SAP ECC and related systems.

You will partner with global business and IT teams to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology. In this role you will lead system enhancements, support integrations, and promote standardization across regions while working with cross-functional partners in Finance, Commercial, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years IT experience with SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
• Strong OTC experience in SAP environments (ECC preferred).
• Experience participating in SAP enhancements, projects, or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with cross-functional processes with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs with global stakeholders and translate to OTC solutions.
• Lead and support system enhancements across Order to Cash processes.
• Contribute to SAP evolution, integrations, and process standardization.
• Collaborate on OTC-related TMS and integration points.
• Own end-to-end OTC system processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Define functional requirements with technical teams.
• Promote standardization across regions and global templates.
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership.
• Support change management, user guidance, and knowledge transfer.
