Celanese is seeking a Senior Specialist in IT to serve as the Business Relationship Manager for Order-to-Cash processes. You will liaise with customers, analyze requirements, and drive SAP-based solutions, including SD and Logistics modules, as well as interfaces to third-party systems.

• BA or BS in Business or IT related field.
• SAP Sales, SD, Logistics experience.
• AI Technology exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders for troubleshooting and maps Celanese business requirements and processes; develops product modifications to satisfy needs.
• Facilitates implementation and support of IT solutions to enhance business functionality and performance while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing SAP Order management, SD, Logistics SAP Modules.
• Design, configuration and testing of interfaces to 3rd party systems/Hubs (EDI, IDoc, etc.).
• Analyze current business processes and recommend/develop solutions to meet needs.
• Responsible for successful SAP implementations, providing functional expertise and guidance to customers.
• Translate local/regional customer requirements to globally aligned IT solutions.
• Carry out complex assignments developing improved procedures.
• Develop and evaluate plans; provide direction for prioritizing IT projects for CX/Supply Chain.
• Consider industry best practices and stay updated on them.
• Manage or participate in new IT implementations (M&As, divestitures, new SAP modules or new systems).
• Ensure quality solutions considering integration with finance, manufacturing, purchasing, and testing plans.
• Maintain knowledge of organization and adhere to standards (Safety, Security, PMO, etc.).
