Job summary

PwC Mexico is hiring a Senior SAP MTD (Senior Associate) in Monterrey to help clients optimize SAP solutions across advisory streams. You will manage workstreams, apply critical thinking, mentor junior team members, and deliver practical recommendations using SAP tools within our Advisory practice.

You will analyze business needs, configure and test SAP functionality, support implementations, develop training materials, build client relationships, and communicate progress as projects

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client business needs and translating them into SAP solution requirements.
• Supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, and application support workstreams across core business processes.
• Configuring and testing SAP functionality to validate system behavior and process fit.
• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution efforts across technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Developing training materials and delivering user support to improve adoption of SAP tools and processes.
• Interpreting data, process flows, and system dependencies to inform recommendations and implementation plans.
• Reviewing deliverables for completeness and consistency while guiding junior team members on assigned tasks.
• Building client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating progress, and adapting to shifting project priorities.

As a SAP MTD you will help clients optimize business applications by analyzing needs, supporting SAP solution implementation, and providing guidance that supports effective use of SAP tools within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and professional brand. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
