Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDG Consultant to design and implement SAP MDG solutions for critical master data domains across international projects. You will establish governance frameworks, configure data models, and ensure data quality and consistency across enterprise systems.

You will lead discussions with business stakeholders, implement MDG workflows and validation rules, and support integration with SAP S/4HANA.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant to join our team and support master data governance initiatives for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP MDG solutions, establishing data governance frameworks, configuring data models and approval workflows, and ensuring master data quality and consistency across enterprise systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Material.
• Configure MDG data models, change request processes, approval workflows, validation rules, and derivation logic.
• Implement data quality controls and governance processes to ensureaccurate, consistent, and compliant master data.
• Integrate SAP MDG withSAP S/4HANA and connected systems, supporting centralized and harmonized master data management.
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders to definemaster data standards, ownership, governance rules, and approval structures.

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG configuration and implementation.
• Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP MDG implementations, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge ofMDG data modeling, change request configuration, workflow design, validation, derivation, and data replication.
• Understanding of master data domains, data quality management, and governance processes across enterprise systems.
• Experience with SAP MDG integration and replication technologies, such asDRF and IDoc-based integration.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and translate governance requirements intoSAP MDG solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
• Willingness to travel 40%-60% to client sites, including internationally.
