Henkel is seeking an SAP Solutions Lead in a CPG environment to design, configure, integrate, and deliver SAP solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and lead supply chain and logistics initiatives from end to end.

The role requires a 4-year degree in information systems, strong SAP SD/LE/MM experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel willingness and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential, with a hybrid

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum four years of SAP functional/consulting experience.
• Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Purchasing and/or Master Data preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, configuration, integration, and delivery of SAP solutions in a CPG environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Lead supply chain and logistics projects and enhancements.
• Implement standard SAP SD/LE/MM customizing and coordinate related developments.
• End-to-end RICEF activities: requirements, design, testing, cutover, training, go-live.
• Support integration with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Coordinate validation, testing, cutover activities, training, go-live and post‑support.
• Role focuses on Consulting and System Configuration.
