Job summary

Syntax México seeks a seasoned Business Readiness Lead to drive SAP transformation through change management, digital adoption, and training enablement. You will bridge business, IT, and end users to ensure solutions are understood, tested, adopted, and embedded into daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading adoption campaigns, measuring engagement, coordinating training, and optimizing readiness across multiple geographies and languages, leveraging AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational change management and digital adoption for large-scale tech projects.
• Hands-on SAP experience including S/4HANA and system transactions.
• Experience with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and business analysis on SAP implementations.
• Experience deploying digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe.
• Experience applying AI in change, training, or adoption use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change and adoption strategies aligned to SAP Activate and Syntax delivery approaches.
• Perform stakeholder analyses to identify adoption risks and design interventions.
• Design change management plans based on business impact and readiness findings.
• Develop digital adoption campaigns and in-app guidance.
• Measure user engagement with adoption dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with SAP Leads and process owners to align guidance with real business processes.
• Develop communication strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and readiness.
• Coach sponsors and change agents to support transformation and adoption.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between project teams and end users.
• Lead requirements gathering and fit-to-standard workshops.
• Document processes, user stories, and requirements; trace through build, test, and training.
• Work hands-on in SAP system to validate designs and identify gaps.
• Develop train-the-trainer programs and role-based learning content.
• Coordinate training content and logistics across geographies and languages.
• Plan testing cycles with clear strategies, scripts, and criteria.
• Coordinate testers, track defects, and drive resolution.
