Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration in Monterrey, Mexico to act as Level 2 escalation for SAP Ariba procurement platform. You will resolve complex issues, collaborate with procurement, finance and IT teams, and help keep the Ariba environment running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and source‑to‑pay processes
• Advanced English proficiency
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL-based processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ariba solutions and business rules
• Support and monitor integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC)
• Manage incident, service request, and change tickets within SLAs
