Carrier is seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration in Monterrey, Mexico to act as Level 2 escalation for SAP Ariba procurement platform. You will resolve complex issues, collaborate with procurement, finance and IT teams, and help keep the Ariba environment running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, and advanced English.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real integration and workflow problems that keep the business moving, with direct visibility into how procurement technology supports company-wide operations.**Key Responsibilities**As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you'll be responsible for:* Serving as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Ariba Network* Troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors, approval flow failures, integration faults, and master data discrepancies* Developing, configuring, and maintaining Ariba solutions, including custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, and business rules* Supporting and monitoring integrations between Ariba and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC via CIG, middleware, or APIs* Managing incident, service request, and change tickets in the ITSM tool within defined SLAs, including root cause documentation**Requirements**We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within SLA-driven support environments.
