Leadout Capital seeks an experienced Marketing Cloud Success Architect to serve as a senior technical SME, delivering advisory engagements that maximize customer success and adoption of Marketing Cloud at large enterprises.

You will partner with top customers, translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, and guide architecture, DevOps, and solution design that align with business ROI. This is an IC role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven experience in enterprise consulting within Marketing/MarTech space.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email/Mobile) and at least one of: Personalization, Intelligence or Account Engagement.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted Marketing Cloud SME for the Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design for Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex concepts for technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify capability gaps and propose custom solutions or enhancements.
• Influence executives while aligning tech strategy with business value and ROI.
• Develop playbooks aligned with engagement catalog for MC customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
