Job summary

Accenture in Monterrey area seeks a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions in a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions and participate in international projects.

Required: 4+ years in Salesforce development and configuration, proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and JavaScript; English and Spanish fluency; Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design reusable components, automations, and features to meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture.
• Support system integrations and contribute to version control and CI/CD pipelines.
