Job summary

ITC Home in Monterrey is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript with experience in integrations and CI/CD processes.

The position offers a hybrid work setup with three in-office days. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience and strong English communication skills to collaborate across functions and deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and Git/CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
• Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
