Gigamon seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Mexico City to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise opportunities. You will design monitoring architectures, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide customers through evaluations, partnering with Sales, Channel, and Product teams.

Strong networking, security, and cloud expertise are essential, with travel up to 50% within Mexico and possibly Central America. You will engage in complex sales cycles, mentor teams, and build trusted customer

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a pre-sales engineer in networking, security, or cloud.
• Hands-on experience with networking platforms, virtualization, cloud, and containerization.
• Experience with network/security tools such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, NDR, NPM, APM, SIEM.
• Customer-facing roles with technical workstreams in complex sales cycles.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, Cisco CCIE/CCNP, PMP, CISM, AWS/Azure) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical sales support across Gigamon's product portfolio.
• Lead pre-sales activities as an individual contributor.
• Deliver in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Design network monitoring and visibility architectures for enterprise customers.
• Lead proof-of-concept and evaluations from design to deployment.
• Mentor clients, partners, and internal teams on technology trends.
• Build end-user technical relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Bridge field and corporate teams on technical issues and feedback.
• Assist with solution design, sizing, and integration guidance.
• Support account and partner management in collaboration with Sales.
