Bry-Air (Asia) Private Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Monterrey, on-site. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales of air treatment and dehumidification solutions.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, and deliver technical product demonstrations. The role requires strong technical sales experience, the ability to read drawings and data, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial equipment, HVAC, air treatment or related technical sales, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and performance data.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Monterrey, NLE. The Senior Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales of Bry-Air’s air treatment and dehumidification solutions across targeted industrial sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, proposing technically sound solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning, and follow up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, support local marketing initiatives, participate in industry events, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions and support implementations.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to generate leads, close opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in industrial equipment, HVAC, air treatment, or related technical sales, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and performance data, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Monterrey, NLE, with readiness for local travel as business requires.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project coordination; fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.
