Mondelēz México is seeking a dedicated supply planner responsible for end-to-end planning of SKUs on specific assets, with mid- and long-term planning through to finite scheduling, coordinating with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure smooth information flow and excellent execution.

The role requires FMCG/CPG experience, IBP/S&OP familiarity, cross-functional influence, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to deliver reliable schedules and drive KPI improvements.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably food or fast-moving goods.
• Experience in IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative team player across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.
• Meet KPIs including fill rate, inventory targets and waste objectives.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Maintain data integrity of system information for supply planning.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans with capacity considerations.
• Support improvements to planning to meet KPIs and reduce waste.
