Job summary

Improvado is seeking a RevOps leader to own Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and ARR/booking logic for a B2B SaaS platform. You will manage licenses, renewals, and key integrations while coordinating cross‑functional efforts with Marketing, Finance and Product.

You will build analytics, dashboards and quarterly reports, ensuring accurate attribution and data quality. Fluency in English and experience shipping AI-assisted tooling are essential for driving optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce admin.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse (layers, lineage, single metric definition).
• dbt is a plus; experience with a columnar warehouse and BI tooling is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience handling contracts, invoicing and collections synced to CRM.
• Proven track record shipping AI-enabled improvements used by others.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access and related integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails to prevent mistakes and ensure consistency.
• Manage licences and vendor renewals while maintaining SOPs and training.
• Own ARR and bookings logic; keep agreements, opportunities and invoices aligned.
• Run closed-deals and billing checks with Finance and address source errors.
• Audit invoices, track unpaid amounts and prepare quarterly commission reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Track funnel conversion and explain deal movements; maintain attribution with Marketing.
• Query ClickHouse daily, define each metric, and verify outputs with data quality checks.
• Build leadership dashboards, retire obsolete ones, and provide recommendations with owners.
