Improvado, an AI-powered marketing data platform, seeks a senior RevOps/Sales Ops leader to own Salesforce configuration, analytics, and revenue processes. You will align ARR, bookings, renewals, and data quality across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance in a remote-first environment.

You will manage licenses, vendor renewals, and build leadership dashboards; use SQL and dbt to trace numbers to their sources, and partner with Finance on commission and quota reporting.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in RevOps or GTM ops in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce admin.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with a modeled data warehouse.
• Experience in contracts, invoicing and revenue data alignment with the CRM.
• Proof of shipping AI-agent tooling used by others.
• Fluent English and clear written updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access, and related integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes.
• Manage licences and vendor renewals.
• Maintain RevOps SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR and bookings logic and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Build leadership dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones, and support quarterly commission/quota reports.
• Query data sources and verify outputs using AI agents.
