WPP Production is seeking a Sr. Retoucher to elevate and finalize photography for packaging and advertising visuals. You will render, retouch, and composite live action and stock images, maintaining brand integrity across multiple projects.

Collaborating with 3D artists and designers, you will ensure photorealistic results, manage time efficiently, and contribute to pitches with strong visuals. English communication is essential for international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent with a strong rendering portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with packaging and advertising visuals is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project environment.
• Excellent English communication for collaboration with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Retouch live action and stock images, perform color correction and compositing for packaging visuals.
• Create photorealistic renders of 3D models for campaigns and product shots.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across projects.
• Assist in new business pitches and adapt brand assets to different contexts.
• Set up lighting, materials, and textures to achieve premium finishes.
