WPP Production in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead high-end client projects, overseeing production and post-production workflows across digital, video, and print channels.

You will manage executive stakeholders, translate client briefs into precise plans, monitor profitability, and ensure delivery against strict technical specs and brand guidelines. Fluency in English is required, and regional responsibilities span LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, film production, marketing, advertising, or business administration.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a production/post-production project manager in advertising agencies, production hubs, or digital studios.
• Deep understanding of post-production pipelines, video workflows, trafficking, and digital deliverables.
• Full professional proficiency in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Experience managing rate cards, project margins, and financial tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Executive Client Facing & Relationship Management: Act as the primary senior point of contact for key regional and global clients.
• End-to-End Production & Post-Production Management: Lead and oversee complex production and post-production workflows across digital, video, animation, audio, print, and non-digital channels.
• Brief Interpretation & Execution: Deconstruct and interpret strategic client briefs, directing internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Financial & Administrative Rigor: Maintain financial trackers, monitor project profitability, manage overages, and invoicing data.
• Regional & TAM Support Alignment: Support regional scope and cross-market workflows across LATAM and global stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs, formats, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
