Auxis is seeking a Senior Designer (Nearshore) to lead the creative development of packaging and digital assets for label partner titles and retail platforms. You will deliver production-ready artwork for physical and digital formats, including Steelbook packaging and Amazon campaigns, while mentoring junior designers and upholding brand standards.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in home entertainment, film, TV, or packaging design.
• Strong portfolio including Amazon campaign work and packaging.
• Experience with Steelbook production and file preparation.
• Strong understanding of print production and color management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop key art, packaging, and digital assets for label partner releases and retail platforms.
• Prepare production-ready packaging files including UHD, Blu-ray, DVD, and Steelbook formats; perform QC on final artwork.
• Design Amazon A+ content, banners, and retail campaigns; support high-volume retail deliverables and mentor 2 junior designers.
• Collaborate with Creative Manager and US-based leadership; coordinate with Asset Coordinator to ensure smooth asset flow and delivery.
• Initially focus on non-studio label partners; expand to Studio TV and Catalog titles over time.
