Qualifications

• B.S. or B.Scs in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or IT; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 2+ years in regulatory, data management, or related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• End-to-end global regulatory change management experience, including change initiation and submissions.
• Detailed understanding of regulatory system structures and SME processes across lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all related RIM events and their records, ensuring reflection of product market registration with master data alignment.
• Interpret HA communications and drive actions to update the system, coordinating with regulatory strategists and stakeholders.
• Review and approve data changes per governance policies.
• Maintain active dossiers across product lifecycle in line with agency decisions.
• Provide training and support on data quality standards and processes.
