Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Regulatory Data Coordinator to drive key activities within the RIM system, enabling assessment and management of changes across the product lifecycle. You will work with CMC strategists, labeling leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations, with at least 3 years in data governance.
• Experience managing product/registration information in systems.
• End-to-end regulatory change management experience.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management.
• Proven communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RIM events and related records with accurate structures and relationships.
• Interpret health authority communications and drive system updates.
• Review data change requests for governance and compliance.
• Maintain active dossiers across the product lifecycle with accuracy and completeness.
• Train business users on data quality standards and processes.
• Lead or support moderately complex regulatory projects and milestones.
• Identify risks and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate them.
